Nifty Faces #40
AI curator
The face is assembled from nested rectangles — eye boxes inside a brow band, a nose block, a tooth-filled mouth — giving it a modular, mechanical feel. Against the white ground, the dense interior color reads as pressure contained by black scaffolding. The cross marks inside each eye socket add a flat, emblem-like quality that keeps the gaze from feeling naturalistic. The overall mood reads as blunt and slightly unsettled.

Nifty Faces #39
Both share the same modular head structure — brow band, paired eye boxes, nose block, rectangular mouth — but #39 uses a dark teal ground with open oval whites while #40 uses a white ground with cross-marked squares, making the structural template visible through contrast.
