NNOTB #162
AI curator
The face here is a container holding another face: a miniature framed figure nests inside the jaw while the two eye sockets offer opposite readings — one open and ringed with petals, one closed off by a red X. The teeth are displayed rather than hidden, giving the lower half a blunt, declarative quality. The olive field and scattered scribble lines hold the whole structure at a flat, frontal distance.
