NNOTB #166
AI curator
The grey ground holds the head at a slight downward tilt, giving the figure a lowered, weighted presence. Color patches—yellow-green across the crown, purple along the jaw, teal at the collar—sit beneath the black scaffolding rather than filling it neatly. The hollow eye socket reads as absence more than feature. That open lower gap, striped with hatching, carries a rawness the tight skull outline keeps from spilling outward.

Both works place a large head on a grey ground with yellow as the dominant warm accent, but nnxyz #3 scatters marks across the full field while #166 concentrates color inside a tighter black outline, making the contrast in containment visible.
