Nifty Faces #54
AI curator
Rectangles nest inside rectangles, and the spiral eye zones pull attention inward while the rest of the face pushes outward in clashing warm and cool lines. The mouth's packed crosshatch reads as noise or pressure against the open teal ground. The effect feels confrontational — wide-eyed and clenched — though that reading comes from the forms alone.

Both works use paired spiral-ringed eye zones inside rectangular frames, but #55 replaces the teal ground and lime outlines with warm yellow-ochre masses, making the shared structure visible through color contrast.

Nifty Faces #53
#53 shares the dense overlapping rectangle structure and a crosshatched lower zone, but its diagonal black lines and dark red ground produce a more fractured, less frontal composition than #54's symmetrical teal layout.
