After Nifty Ink

Forty-six works by nnxyz on chains other than the drawing board's: Polygon, Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum and Tezos, from April 2022 to March 2024. Pixel twins of the Faces, a club of flat cats, the index collection's hooded face on four networks, fields of noise, generated gardens and shrines, two scribbled heads and seven friends of country air. They are shown as stills, with the animations and originals to download; none of them has brush strokes to replay.

Two rooms. The first is what the artist made for the people who held the inks in 2022, and sent to them for nothing or for a dollar. The second is what the artist made after the drawing board, as the tools changed and the audience thinned, and the collector followed from chain to chain. The record is complete for every work here: the contract, the token, the day it entered a collector wallet and, where there was one, the price.
